The launch meeting of the WP7, led by France and co-led by Norway, within the framework of the CraNE JA, took place on 9 & 10 January in Paris, focused on the definition of standards and criteria for future Cancer Centres. The Main Objective of the CraNE WP7:
– To develop a consensus on integrated cancer centers, both stand-alone centers and centers in academic or General Hospitals.
– The specific objective is to establish a framework to enable the implementation of Comprehensive Cancer Centers (CCCs).
The next meeting of the WP7 group will take place in Paris in April.
